Class places and times

We meet in the Reading Room at Sibbertoft (a small village outside Market Harborough) at 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm on Thursday evenings - the address is 17 Berkeley Street, Sibbertoft, LE16 9UF. Everyone is welcome! Why not give us a try, the first two weeks are free.

We also do free 'Tai Chi in the Park' sessions on Saturdays at Hursely Park in Great Bowden (also a small village just outside Market Harborough). Follow this link for a map pin. Usually we do these at 10:00 am, but sometimes we shift the session to the afternoon if the weather forecast is for rain that morning. You can find out each week by looking at the Facebook page for updates.

Your instructor: Fox

I have over forty years of martial arts experience, starting with Fencing in 1985 and extending into Aikido in 1990. In 1992 I took up Taijiquan studying under Paul Brecher in London, a disciple of Erle Montaigue in the Old Yang Style. I earned my instructor's license in 1997. I have studied many styles and arts, and teach a full system of Taiji including:

To be a complete art all Kung Fu styles must contain the four basics: Ti, Da, Shuai, Na. Kicking, striking, throwing, and locking. I teach all the applications of the forms movements.
